The International Developments Department, with its offices in London’s West End, offers a wide variety of properties around the globe, specializing in new build and off plan developments, the London based team have extensive experience of overseas property markets, golf resorts, apart-hotel projects including urban, inland and coastal developments. The team are actively involved in travelling to emerging areas enabling delivery of new projects and opportunities to the market.
Winkworth are committed to finding the best and broadest range within every market. Our dedicated PR and marketing department advertise widely overseas, giving you the fullest possible access to property. Unwilling to rest on our laurels, we plan to expand our international department over the coming months.
