A Condo hotel, whereby owners acquire freehold properties and leaseback to the management agent who in turn manage the complex through Hyatt International.
How often can I use my property?
Owners may use their apartment for a maximum of 30 days per year, to be chosen according to available days in the usage calendar.
What are the payment terms for purchasing at Las Lomas?
Reservation deposit 6,000 Euros
10% on exchange of contract. 30 days from reservation.
90% on completion.
